This 90-minute program will introduce a time-driven, team-based process called “Bringing Meaning into Monday” that will provide insight towards organizational factors used to improve leadership effectiveness, employee wellbeing, and the overall quality of the work environment/culture. This process can help leaders apply concepts to existing activities, priorities or teams in a practical and cost-effective manner. The intent of this program is to introduce a community-based approach to targeted business, nonprofit and community leaders by which multiple organizations or teams will learn this process together.
